Up & Coming Arts are in the process of setting up as a CIC this year and are currently seeking sponsors for our events this year that will happen as part of Liverpool Independents Biennial 2012. We are seeking advice from LJMU and Pacific Stream Enterprises based in Liverpool, UK.
